Duties:
- Implementation of a full cycle of work with personnel documentation, including hiring/dismissal of employees, keeping work books and other personnel procedures.
- Maintenance of payroll documentation - keeping a timesheet, accounting for vacations, sick leave .
- Interaction with state bodies and other external parties regarding personnel issues.
- Ensuring compliance with legislation regarding employment and the work of the company's employees.
- Search and recruitment of personnel (posting job vacancies in the media and on professional Internet resources, analysis and evaluation of selected resumes, conducting telephone and personal interviews);
- Cooperation with educational institutions and state employment services, recruitment agencies to search for candidates, use of mass media for placement ads.
- Conclusion of service contracts for access to resume databases, services for placing informational materials on the Internet on job search websites with personnel agencies;
- Maintenance electronic database of resumes and/or candidates for vacancies in various professions.
- Preparation of the necessary documents for candidate admission, information for forming a request for verification candidate according to the company's procedure.
- Formation of personal files of employees, makes changes related to their work activities.
- Introduction of information about the employee's personal data to the 1C:ZUP program.
>- Execution of other assignments at the request of management.
Candidate requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a similar position;
- Knowledge of labor legislation, personnel accounting;
- High responsibility, organization and attention to details;
- Ability to work with personnel documentation and electronic personnel management systems.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team;
- Ability to work effectively with a computer and MS Office programs, 1C ZUP.
- Competent written and spoken Ukrainian language.
- High responsibility and respecting confidentiality.
- Ability to work in a team and excellent communication skills.
