What will need to be done?

• Maintenance of military records of conscripts, conscripts and reservists in accordance with the normative legal acts of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and the current legislation of Ukraine;
• Reservation of conscripts for the period of mobilization and military status; employees;
• Notification of conscripts, conscripts and reservists at the request of the TCC and JV;
• Preparation and submission of reports on military accounting issues to the TCC and JV;
• Verification of military registration documents upon hiring;
• Consultation of employees on military registration issues.

What do we expect from You?

• Experience in keeping military records;
• Knowledge of instructions, procedures and laws regarding the organization and keeping of military records of conscripts, conscripts and reservists in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine;
• Knowledge of the requirements for booking conscripts by company for the period of mobilization and wartime;
• A confident PC user (Word, Excel, Outlook);
• The desire and ability to learn quickly, the ability to work with a large amount of information, attentiveness, self-organization.
