Requirements:

• higher education;
• experience of working in a similar position from 1 year;
• experience of managing various areas of personnel administration, knowledge of the Labor Code;
• confident PC user (MS Word, MS Excel, 1C 7.7/8);
• responsibility and self-organization, attentiveness, communication, scrupulous attention to details.

Functional duties:

• full personnel support of the company's activities (admission, dismissal, transfer, relocation, etc.);
• organization of search and recruitment work;
• keeping records of the personnel of the enterprise;
• control over the granting of vacations to employees, drawing up schedules of regular vacations;
• maintenance of the time sheet;
• reporting;
• development together with heads of structural units of job instructions;
• monitoring compliance with the 4% quota.
