Requirements for the candidate:
- Higher education, work experience with a similar function from 3 years
- Experience in HR modeling and planning
- Financial literacy and ability to analyze received data
- Experience in building and supporting HR dashboards (visualization)
- Ability to form models and form visual reports for display
- High level of Excel proficiency, experience with large data sets
- Technical skills and ability to work with automated systems.
