SE KK "Roshen" is the central office of the ROSHEN Confectionery Corporation: a strategic, analytical and operational center that ensures effective coordination of all business processes of the company. 

Visualization and analytical conclusions

• Building and support of HR dashboards (visualization)
• Preparation of analytical notes and conclusions.

Analysis of the number and planning of personnel

• Calculation of the actual and required number of personnel
• Building and maintenance of FTE-models taking into account the load, work schedules, number.

Analysis of efficiency (recruiting, turnover, Performance)

• Analysis of efficiency of recruitment: closing time vacancies, hiring cost, etc.
• Calculation of turnover (voluntary, involuntary, critical, etc.)
• Identification of reasons for layoffs, construction of risk models (early turnover)
• Analytics of personnel efficiency and analytics of training direction
• Analysis of performance management data (fulfillment of key indicators, performance dynamics, quality goals, progress employees).

Financial HR-Analytics

• Financial HR-analytics (personnel costs, budgets)
• Scenario simulation of changes in the FOP depending on the number, changes in roles or production features.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education, work experience with a similar function from 3 years
• Experience in HR modeling and planning
• Financial literacy and ability to analyze received data
• Experience in building and supporting HR dashboards (visualization)
• Ability to form models and form visual reports for display
• High level of Excel proficiency, experience with large data sets
• Technical skills and ability to work with automated systems.
