OUR CANDIDATE HAS:

• complete higher education (economic, personnel management, legal);
• work experience in personnel administration from 1 year;
• knowledge of current labor legislation of Ukraine;
• business communication and correspondence skills;
• qualified PC user;
• possession of HR management skills;
• accuracy, responsibility, ability to self-study.

FUTURE DUTIES:

• documentation of hiring, dismissal, transfer of employees;
• making entries in labor records books and keeping their records;
• formation of personal files;
• filling in disability sheets and calculation of insurance experience for payment of temporary disability;
• registration of vacations;
