Basic requirements:


Theoretical knowledge:
- SMPP, Pcap dump
- Grafana
- Postman
- Experience in customer support from 1 year.
- Competent oral and written language (Ukrainian, English not lower than B1).
- Ability to conduct dialogue in chats efficiently and productively.
- Analytical and research skills.
- Orientation on the client and on the result.
- Willingness and willingness to work in a team.

Responsibilities:

- Quick and attentive response to customer requests.
- Communicating with customers via email, text messages, customer support chat and any other means of communication as directed by management.
- Solving customer requests and problems.
- Creating configurations for connecting providers.
- Configure mail parsing configurations for new connections.
- Monitoring of the main indicators of the state of services.
- Communication with other departments of our company.
- Solving client requests
- Configuring SMPP, HTTP API configurations
- Work with logs, dumps
- Working with system bugs (from all system users)



It will be a plus:

- Experience in writing technical documentation.
- Experience working with mobile devices.
- Work experience in telecom.
- Technical education.
