Personnel administration manager in ALVIVA GROUP

What will you do:

- maintaining employee accounting documentation;

- registration and accounting of annual vacations;

- registration of employees for work, dismissal. 

- keeping military records;

- Ensuring compliance with legislation in the field of personnel;

Required experience:

- Higher education in the field of personnel or related;

- Work experience in a similar position of 3 years or more;

- Knowledge of legislative and regulatory acts in the field of labor, employment, personnel administration, mandatory state pension and social insurance, protection of personal data, military accounting issues
