Personnel accounting specialist in Musaev Sh.I., FOP

Manufacturing company is looking for HR Specialist

We are a modern manufacturing company with a team of 150 employees (the number is growing). We invite a Personnel accounting specialist to join the team, who will help organize and automate personnel processes.

Responsibilities:

• Keeping personnel records in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine (registration of admission, transfer, dismissal of employees);
• Organization and maintenance of military records (including updating data and interaction with military commissariats);
• Formation and maintenance of the staff list, job instructions, control over their relevance;
• Compilation and maintenance of vacation schedules;
• Monitoring of changes in labor and military legislation, prompt implementation of these changes in the work of the enterprise;
• Working with accounting databases, readiness to implement the maximum automation of personnel processes;
• Preparation of reporting on personnel matters to the supervisory bodies;

Requirements for the candidate:

• Actual work experience in the field of personnel accounting (especially during the military state);
• Understanding the principles of automating personnel processes and readiness to implement new technologies;
• Excellent knowledge of labor legislation and military accounting rules;
• Teamwork skills and a modern approach to the solution tasks;
• Experience in using professional information sites and databases for personnel.
• Legal education as an additional advantage.
