All-Ukrainian Jewish Charitable Foundation "Hesed-Aryeh" opens a vacancy for the director of the fund

"Hesed Aryeh" implements regular charitable, volunteer and cultural programs for more than 4,000 community members in partnership with local and international organizations, private donors. If it is important for you to help and influence people's lives, then our vacancy is for you.

Main tasks:

• strategic planning of the organization's activities, control of operational activities,

• provision of the whole the necessary financial, program and administrative reporting for all areas of activity for founders, donors, grant-makers, local regulatory bodies,

• organization and conduct of tenders/marketing to ensure the regular activities of the organization,

• close cooperation with Jewish public organizations and structures of the city and region, performance of representative functions.

Requirements for the candidate:

• higher education

• understanding of the realities of Jewish community life and knowledge of national traditions is an important advantage.

• experience of working in a managerial position and experience of managing a large team of employees (over 100)

p>• desirable work experience in a charity/non-profit organization, in the field of social work or fundraising,

• experience in negotiating and implementing successful partnership projects,
