Personnel accounting specialist in Smart Solutions

In connection with the active launch of projects, we are looking for a Personnel accounting specialist in our HR department to work with client companies.

Main tasks:

• Maintenance of personnel records for client companies:recruitment, dismissal, transfer of employees, maintenance of time sheets, registration of sick leave, issuing vacations, issuing certificates;
• Consulting the client and his employees on issues of labor legislation;
• Cooperation with related departments regarding project management.
• If necessary, presence in the client's office to interact with employees and organize document flow.

Wishes to the candidate:

• Experience as a personnel management specialist, HR department assistant — from 1 year;
• Knowledge of the Labor Code of Ukraine at a good level and practical skills in counseling employees on labor issues legislation;
• Experience in managing HR records of a company with 50-100 employees is desirable.
• Practical skills in working with 1C.
