Important for us:

• Higher education.
• Experience of working in the human resources department for 1 year or more.
• Knowledge of KZpP and personnel administration.
• Confident user of office software MS Office programs.
• Knowledge of SAP and experience with HRMS will be an advantage.
• Attention to details, responsibility, ability to work with confidential information.
• Fluent command of the Ukrainian language.

Areas of responsibility:

• Formation of hiring, transfer and dismissal of employees in accordance with current labor legislation.
• Formation and management of employees' personal files.
• Preparation of certificates from the place of work.
• Registration and accounting of all types of leave.
• Preparation of travel orders.
• Maintenance of HRMS (PeopleForce).
• Entering information by employees to a specialized system.
• Counseling employees on issues of labor legislation and personnel procedures.
• Participation in current tasks of the department.
