Personal VIP Manager (Morning Schedule) in Upstars

Our main focus is B2B services and technology solutions for clients from all over the world. And yes, maintaining the legal and transparent market of Ukraine is a must-have, that is why we were the third in the country to receive a B2B license for the provision of gambling services.

We are expanding our dream team and looking for Personal VIP Manager.

Your future tasks:

• control of VIP player base;
• supporting user activity on projects;
• returning customers from inactivity;
• analysis of client base behavior, provision of personalized assistance to clients and formation of positive client experience
  on the project;
• processing of incoming and outgoing communications according to tasks and client requests;
• work simultaneously in several communication channels: calls, letters, messengers.

Your skills:

• fluent English (both spoken and written)
• experience in iGaming/Gambling;
• ability to communicate on the phone and in letters;
• ability to interest the client in projects, it is interesting to emphasize the positive aspects of the project;
• work with player objections;
• ability to allocate working time and stick to established deadlines;
• desire to learn new tools, work with them and develop new knowledge;
• empathy and stress resistance in complex cases;
• ability to work according to the schedule 6:30 - 15:30 according to Kyiv (work schedule from Monday to Friday).

Preferred, but not critical:

• ability to use Excel;
• experience working with SoftSwiss administration.
