Business process manager in Zeeks

Hello! IOlya, Recruiting team lead Zeeks and I am currently looking for a Business process manager to join our team, who will help us develop and implement the BPMN system, implement a culture of continuous improvement (Kaizen, Lean) and increase the efficiency of our business processes.

Zeeks< /span> is a performance marketing company that focuses on creating and promoting websites for the iGaming industry. Our focus is full site optimization, market and competitor research, affiliate marketing services, web development and affiliate program expansion. The projects that we have been creating for more than 10 years are highly ranked in Google and work in various global markets: Europe, Canada, South America, Asia, etc. (for more on Zeeks, seeinterview our CEO).

Our business is currently being transformed with a purpose creating unique iGaming products that will help users comfortably interact with the world of entertainment.

We we strive to create a transparent, efficient and standardized business process management system that will help scale operations, reduce costs and improve the quality of work of all divisions.

This position is strategic for the company, as the established system of business processes will be the foundation for the further growth of Zeeks. We are looking for an experienced specialist, a true operational visionary who sees business processes even where others see chaos, and turns it into a perfect scheme.

Our expectations from candidates for the role of Business process manager:

• From 3 years of experience in the positions of Business process manager/Operations manager/Business Analyst;

• Confirmed cases of implementation of BPMN tools in companies;

• Experience in applying methodologies: Lean, DMAIC, Change Management, Six Sigma, TOC, PDCA, Kaizen;

• Analytics skills data-based decisions;

• Skill project management (creating processes from scratch and managing the process from start to finish);

• Successful cases of optimization of existing business processes;

• Confident use of tools: Google Spreadsheet, Excel, Issues Trackers, Process Design Tools, Planning Frameworks;

• Proficiency in English at level B1 and above.

Would be an advantage:

• Experience in Affiliate marketing/iGaming/SEO agencies;

• Certification in Lean/Six Sigma or BPMN;

• MBA certification;

• Certification of DAO PM/Project Manager courses in IT.

• Development and implementation of the BPMN system in the company;

• Process modeling using BPMN;

• Analysis and documentation of business processes in AS IS and TO BE formats;

• Implementation of a culture of continuous improvement in the company (Kaizen, Lean);

• Collection, analysis and documentation of business requirements, needs, processes;

• Conducting facilitation sessions to identify bottlenecks and risks;

• Coordinating change implementation with all stakeholders.
