And yes, maintaining a legal and transparent market in Ukraine is a must-have, which is why we were the third in the country to receive a B2B license to provide services in the field of gambling.

In 2026, we are actively scaling both projects and dream team. Therefore, to strengthen the VIP Service of the department, we are looking for a Personal VIP Manager.

Your future tasks:

• control of the VIP base;

• maintaining the activity of users on projects;

• returning customers from inactivity;

• analyzing the behavior of the customer base, providing personalized assistance to users and creating a positive experience on projects;

• processing of incoming and outgoing communications according to tasks and customer requests.

Your skills:

• fluent Italian (both written and spoken);

• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level and above;

• ability to communicate by phone and in letters;

• the ability to interest the client in projects, to highlight the positive aspects of the project in an interesting way;

• skills in dealing with objections;

• the desire to learn new tools, work with them and develop new knowledge;

• the ability to work according to the schedule 1:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. in Kyiv (stable work schedule from Monday to Friday).

Desirable, but not critical:

• experience in the field of iGaming / Gambling.
