In 2026, we are actively scaling both projects and dream team. Therefore, to strengthen the team's VIP Service, we are looking for a Personal VIP Manager.


Your future tasks:

  • controlling the VIP base;

  • supporting user activity on projects;

  • returning customers from inactivity;

  • analyzing the behavior of the customer base, providing personalized assistance to users and creating a positive experience on projects;

  • processing of incoming and outgoing communications according to tasks and client requests;

  • working in several communication channels: letters, messengers, calls.


Your skills:

  • fluent English (both spoken and written);

  • experience in the field of iGaming/Gambling;

  • ability to communicate on the phone and in letters;

  • ability to interest the client in projects, it is interesting to emphasize the positive aspects of the project;

  • experience in dealing with objections;

  • ability to distribute working hours and adhere to established deadlines performance;

  • willingness to learn new tools, work with them and develop new knowledge;

  • empathy and stress resistance in complex cases;

  • ability to work according to the schedule 18:00 - 02:00 according to Kyiv (7 working hours + 1 hour for a break, stable schedule from Monday to Friday without changes).


Desirable, but not critical:

  • ability to use Excel;

  • experience working with the SoftSwiss admin.
