Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/About The RoleWe are creating a new D2C product in the LegalTech/InfoTech category and we are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to optimize our web product's growth across multiple paid advertising channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing successful campaigns on various ad platforms and a data-driven approach to improving key performance metrics.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute and optimize performance-based campaigns across mainly Google Ads and Facebook Ads; as well as Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, and Display networksMonitor and control key performance indicators including ROI, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and Ad spend for each channelConduct a thorough analysis of campaign performance and provide actionable insightsDevelop and implement A/B tests to continually improve ad performanceCollaborate with creative teams to ensure ad assets are optimized for each platformManage budget allocation across channels to maximize overall campaign effectivenessStay updated on platform changes and industry trends to maintain competitive advantageQualificationsAt least 5 years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, and Display networksExperience marketing subscription-based products Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniquesProven track record of improving ROI and reducing CAC in previous rolesStrong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Data Studio)Excellent understanding of performance marketing KPIs and how to influence themStrong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionallyLocationRuby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone.
