We are looking for a People Partner for a result-oriented direction. In this role, you will have a leading role in building an effective process of working with people in a specific direction, you will be closely connected to the overall business goals and plans. What you will be doing:
- You will ensure the full cycle of processes of working with people in the direction
- You will develop and keep up-to-date the description of roles for ensuring a high-quality hiring process and further development of employees in the company
- You will manage the orientation and launch of a newcomer, his onboarding and participate in the evaluation of the effectiveness of the adaptation program
- You will participate in the implementation, optimization and maintenance of the management system talents
- You will work with teams to improve the quality of cooperation and productivity of the department
- You will evaluate and review programs aimed at improving productivity
- You will manage the career development of employees, including you will be responsible for the development of career plans and career paths of employees, including the development of skills and competencies
- You will manage assessments, knowledge/skills testing by areas
- You will manage the complaints and inquiry process of employees, creating solutions to employee problems
- You will manage absenteeism, ensuring the smooth running of teams across the company
