Recruiter in Up-Hunt

ManyHr-recruiting agency, which is engaged in personnel selection in 22 countries, is looking for an experienced recruiter with more than 6 years of work experience.

Recruiter with mandatory knowledge of English (large+German/Polish) languages.

Key responsibilities include:

• Active search and recruitment of talent for clients
• Evaluation of candidates for the position and requirements of the client
• Tracking of the recruiting process, organization interviewing and providing quality support for candidates and clients.

Requirements:

• More than 1 year of work experience as a recruiter
• C-work experience level of specialists on the market of Poland, the EU, the States
• Experience in finding IT, marketing, sales, finance
• Higher education in the field of business, management, psychology or a related field
< li>Experience with recruitment strategies and candidate management
• High communication and interpersonal skills
• Recruiter with knowledge of English, German and Polish languages.
