We are looking for a result-oriented People Partner. You will have a leading role in ensuring an effective process of working with people that will be closely related to the overall business goals and plans.
What will you do:
- ensure the full cycle of processes of working with people (not including recruitment);
- work with teams to improve the quality of cooperation and productivity of the business unit;
- stimulate, influence, consult and support the cultural and human aspects of organizational changes, structures, personnel processes and business improvement initiatives in order to improve business efficiency and people management, which will allow for planned development;
- work with the middle management of the division, help in setting up processes and expert assistance in solving cases;
- develop initiatives and projects of the People department at the unit/company level;
- respond to organizational changes, employee needs, complaints and wishes, creating solutions to problems employees.
It will be a plus:
- work in HRMS (People Force or others);
- understanding the profile of employees in Marketing and Commerce departments;
- work in food companies
- work experience in e-commerce?
About you:
- 3+ years in the position PP or holistic experience of working with people;
- strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- proactive approach to achieving business goals and finding solutions to business problems;
- excellent organizational and planning skills with a high level of attention to detail;
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- strong desire to work with people;
- willingness to visit the office in Kyiv (Nyvky) for 1 year\week
