YOUR MAIN TASKS:< /p>

• Replenish our Team with productive players (full recruitment cycle).
• Supervise the onboarding and offboarding process. Participate in the prescription, implementation and improvement of HR processes.
• Maintain corporate culture in the company, welcome employees to work and pass the trial period, submit suggestions for improvement.
• Conduct One -to-one with employees.
• Help with the organization of corporate events.
• Organize the work of contractors related to minor repairs.
• Organize jobs for new employees (setting up equipment, obtaining access, preparing the physical workplace).
