PCB Process Engineer (SMT) in Pro recruitment

We are looking for a specialist who feels equally confident in providing technological training and in optimizing the processes of manufacturing RSV. We are looking for a professional who can transform the production of printed circuit boards into a stable, repeatable and controlled process, where system thinking allows to minimize defects and ensure high product quality. We are looking for a person who strives to see the physical embodiment of his intellectual work in the form of reliable and technologically perfect electronics.

Key tasks:

• Ensuring technological preparation, implementation and support of the printed circuit board production process;

• Identification, verification and optimization of technological modes for stable operation;

• Analysis of causes the occurrence of a technological defect, development of measures to reduce it and minimize losses;

• Timely and controlled launch of production of new types of RSV;

• Development, updating and implementation of technological documentation and production standards;

• Technological support of processes both at the start-up stage and during serial production;

• Ensuring stability and repeatability of production operations in accordance with customer requirements;

• Optimization of production processes to increase technological maturity and readiness for scaling;

• Cooperation with the team to control quality and compliance of products with established standards;

• Making decisions regarding process parameters, technological changes and actions in case of detection of deviations.

Expectations from candidate:

• Higher education (technical will be an advantage);

• Experience in the field of electronics or printed circuit board production from 2 years;

• Systemic technological thinking and understanding of the physical and chemical processes of RSV manufacturing;

• Experience in working with technological equipment and setting up production lines;

• Ability to develop and maintain design and technical documentation;

• Understanding the principles of quality control and methods of reducing production defects;

• Knowledge of modern standards for the production of printed circuit boards;

• Ability to work with technical tasks and product testing plans;

• Experience of introducing new products in mass production (NPI);

• Understanding the architecture and structure of multilayer printed circuit boards;

• Owning production deviation analysis tools;

• Ability to work for the result: stable production in planned volumes;

• Knowledge of the English language at the level of reading technical documentation and specifications.

Would be a plus:

• Experience in Altium Designer or other RSV design systems;

• Knowledge of circuitry and understanding of component assembly features;

• Ability to create development algorithms and detailed instructions for operators;

• Availability of successfully implemented scaling projects production;

• Skills in working with measuring devices andquality control means.
