Payroll manager in EvoPlay

Functional:

• Payroll administration and maintenance;
• Tax calculation and payment through online portals;
• Issue tax forms and relevant documentation;
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of wages employees, including the calculation of wages, bonuses and deductions in accordance with the laws of the country;
• Cooperate with internal and external auditors under payroll audit time and provide required documentation;
• Prepare for management payroll related financial reports and assist in budgeting and forecasting processes;
• Resolve payroll issues or disputes raised by employees and resolve promptly them;
• Control of the register of contracts.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Confident user of PC, accounting and tax accounting platforms, professional Excel;
• Higher education;
• Attention and responsibility when working with figures and reports;
• Work experience with payroll from 3 years and relevant skills;
• Analytical mindset, ability to work with large amounts of information, responsibility, friendliness, sociability, stress resistance;

• Ability to set priorities while performing functional duties.
