Responsibilities:
- Administration of salary policies, bonuses, bonus programs.
- Conducting regular market reviews (salary review) and participation in salary studies.
- Analysis and support of internal fairness and external competitiveness of payment systems.
Benefits administration:
- Formation, review and optimization of the benefits package (insurance, welfare programs, benefits, mobile communication).
- Working with service providers and evaluating their effectiveness.
- Implementation of new welfare-oriented initiatives employees.
- Participation in the budgeting processes of the FOP (wages fund).
- Consultative support of HR business partners and managers on issues of rewards and benefits.
Analytics and reporting:
- Conducting comprehensive analytics: analysis of compensation costs, forecasting, reports for management.
- Preparation of dashboards, presentations, KPI on the effectiveness of compensation programs.
- Ensuring compensation policy compliance with legislation and internal regulations.
Requirements:
- Higher degree (economics, finance, mathematics, related fields).
- Proficient in Excel, analytical tools, preferably Power BI,
- Knowledge of labor laws, wages and additional benefits for employees.
- Analytical, accuracy, responsibility, proactivity, confidentiality.
