• 3+ years of experience in in-house payroll
• Working knowledge experience of Accurat HCM system is essential
• Excellent understanding of Nordics labor law < /li>
• Preferred additional experience within an international shared service environment, with a minimum of 12 months' experience
• Advanced in English speaker
• Qualification/BSc in Payroll, accounting, business management or a related field
• Working knowledge of SuccesvsFactors and ServiceNow, SAP would be considered as an advantage
• Track record of continuous improvement and always striving to be the best in class
• Excellent communication, writing and facilitation skills
• Strong personal leadership and influencing skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Positive and collaborative attitude
• Analytical skills and problem-solving mindset
• Open to business travel up to 20% of working time
