The client of Particles Global is looking for a non-Ukraine based CONTENT MANAGER.

The customer of Particles Global is the marketing/digital service provider (HQ in Finland), specializing in delivering innovative solutions to our clients. The company strives to provide exceptional digital experiences to its customers.

Description:

A Content Manager’s job consists mainly of content implementation, publishing, editing and coordination work around the CMS platform Contentful in a consumer electronics eCommerce environment. Content Manager works closely with Digital Managers and Program Managers on operations for 20+ countries and assets in multiple languages.

The days are always different as Content Manager has many different tasks such as taking local requests, supporting other team members with new content on the website, replying to tickets (with the support from Digital Manager and/or Program Manager) and communicating with the local teams. The role can evolve and with learning and development, it is possible to take on more responsibility.

Requirements are:

The work requires precise focus and punctuality, as errors can easily occur when content is implemented into several different markets and mediums. Therefore, accuracy and diligence, and making sure that all tasks are done properly are the first and most important qualities for a Content Manager. Also, having a “can do” attitude is very important. Being ready to learn, motivated, and wanting to make things happen mind set is a key to success in this position. Content Managers can be in the early stages of their career.

— Previous experience with a content management tool, Contentful preferably, but similar CMS platforms will do

— Capability to work in a global corporation environment

— Accuracy and diligence, very detail-oriented

— Ready to take tasks, and work quickly

— “Can do” attitude with a positive outlook on working in a team

— Desire to learn and develop, not afraid to ask for help

— Good team working skills, communicates proactively on progress and challenges

— Familiarity with ticketing systems, such as Azure DevOps is a plus

— Fluent written and spoken English. Other languages are a plus.

— Previous experience editing json files is a plus (not a requirement!)

— Previous experience and understanding on basic digital marketing & eCommerce reporting is a plus (not a requirement!)

— Previous experience with eCommerce is a plus (not a requirement!)

— Previous experience with project or campaign management is a plus (not a

requirement!)

— Previous experience in email marketing and marketing automation platforms (Braze, Salesforce marketing cloud, Adobe campaign etc.) is a plus (not a requirement)

Interview process:

1st interview with the Program Manager on the Customer’s side, then a cultural short call with the HR of the Customer.
