Nestle Business Services announces an open vacancy for a Payroll Accountant, Payroll team in Lviv.

Main responsibilities:

Accurate and timely execution of daily operations in the field:

• Calculation payroll: analysis and processing of data in the system, transfer of payments to employee accounts;
• Reconciliation of accruals: ensuring compliance of cyclical and non-cyclical payments with requirements;
• Posting to GL and counterparties;
• Preparation of internal and external payroll reports;
• Participation in KPI tracking, root cause analysis of errors/failures and problem solving;
• Assurance the relevance of Standards in accordance with changes in legislation, processes and best practices of Nestle;
• Participation in testing SAP settings specific to the installation;
• Knowledge of Ukrainian legislation;
• Calculation of sick leave, vacations.

Basic requirements:

• 1 year of experience in calculating wages at Ukrainian enterprises;
• Higher education (Economics/Accounting/Finance/International relations);
• Experience working with large amounts of data (extraction, analysis);
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel);
• Good analytical and time management skills;
• Knowledge of English at the level of reading and communication (intermediate).
