Partnerships Manager in Hello, Ukraine

International Charitable FoundationHello, Ukraine is a volunteer the unity of the IT community, which works hard every day to bring our victory closer. We work with several areas: military, humanitarian and IT assistance.

We are looking for a manager of partnerships, which will help build and develop a community of partners, donors, businesses, establish networking, unite like-minded people, in order to achieve the goals and fulfill the tasks of the foundation.

Responsibilities:

< li>Look for and form a base of partners and sponsors for cooperation with the fund.
• Turn cold contacts among businesses into permanent partners and donors.
• Process incoming requests from businesses and individuals.

Requirements:

• Understanding the principles of charitable foundations.
• Ability to analyze data.
• Communication skills, empathy, ability to work in a team .
• Responsibility, attentiveness and independence.
• Aspiration to learn and develop in the industry.
• Ukrainian language — fluent, English — at Upper Intermediate level (B2) and above.

Would be an advantage:

• Experience in partnership management, sales or fundraising.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Ability to use AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, tldv.io or similar).
• Opportunity to come to Kyiv to attend offline events and conferences.
• Maintenance of personal pages in social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).

Conditions:

• Remote work format.
• Full/part-time employment (negotiated).
• Payment based on the results of the interview.
