KEY DUTIES:

• interaction with donors (international organizations, embassies, diplomatic missions and institutions);
• search for potential grant partners;
• presentation of project proposals to potential partners;
• creating a general long-term fundraising strategy;
• developing project concepts and writing project proposals;
• cooperation with financial and program departments.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• have experience of cooperation with international organizations for more than 1 year;
• have a higher education (preferred fields: international relations, public administration, political science, journalism, etc.);
• fluent in Ukrainian, know English at Upper-intermediate level or higher;
• initiative and ready for dynamic work;
• able to work with texts and large volumes of information;
• li>have conceptual thinking and the skills of a structured presentation of thoughts;
• excellent knowledge of office programs and digital tools (Office 365 package, Google Docs, Zoom, task managers, cloud services, etc.).
