This is VYTACH team. We develop and manufacture products in the fields of navigation systems and digital signal processing. Currently, our priority is cooperation with manufacturers interacting with the Defense Forces of Ukraine to technologically strengthen their solutions. That's why we're looking for a Partner Technical Support Specialist who will build long-term relationships in the security and technology sectors and work with us to create products that create change.
You will:
communicate with partners regarding updates, product roadmap, functional changes;
coordinate the process of solving technical incidents in accordance with the SLA;
to provide feedback to R&D teams;
administer technical requests via CRM/Service Desk (creating tasks, controlling deadlines, escalating problems);
interact with related teams (sales, logistics, production) to ensure continuous support of partner orders;
prepare regular reporting (weekly/monthly) on appeals, incidents, partner satisfaction;
participate in events and accompany field trials with partners/customers.
We expect from you:
2+ years of experience in technical support, solution integration or service maintenance;
practical understanding of the principles of operation of unmanned systems, control modules, peripheral equipment;
experience working with technical documentation, instructions, service requests;
knowledge of one of the popular CRM/Service Desk solutions (for example, HubSpot, Jira, Zoho, Zendesk);
ability to work in conditions of multitasking and high responsibility (mission-critical requests);
user training experience, in particular, creating instructions, conducting presentations, field support.
communication skills with non-technical partners (ability to explain technical things in plain language);
systematic approach to recording requests, communication accounting and technical documentation;
level of English for reading technical documentation and basic correspondence (Intermediate+ would be an advantage);
experience working with modern defense technologies is a big plus.
