Junior quality control engineer, QA, QC Engineer (Junior) in Sherlock, recruitment agency

We are looking for a Junior Quality Control Engineer - a specialist who knows how to check technical devices for compliance with requirements, detect and analyze defects, work with hardware and software parts of equipment and ensure stable product quality at all stages of its life cycle.

Our client is a progressive Ukrainian technology company that combines the development of its own IT products with the serial production of dual-purpose solutions that make a significant contribution to strengthening Ukraine's defense capabilities. Key tasks:

• Carrying out technical control of new devices and devices that were in use (checking functionality, compliance with requirements)
• Software recovery and re-flashing of devices after operation
• Equipment testing according to certain test scenarios / checklists
• Preparation and maintenance of technical reports based on inspection results (fixation of defects, statuses, solutions)
• Accounting and analysis of rejected devices, participation in basic analysis of the causes of defects (together with the team)
• Incoming control of materials/raw materials and components
• Output control of finished products before transfer
• Participation in internal research, testing and trials

Our candidate has:

• Technical/engineering education
• Experience in testing and/or technical control of equipment from 1 year
• Basic skills of working with Linux (terminal, file system navigation, basic commands, editing files)
• Basic understanding of computer networks (TCP/IP)
• Understanding client-server architecture at the basic level
• Basic knowledge in the field of mobile and radio communications (will be an advantage)
• General knowledge of electrical engineering and the basics of electronics
• Skills for working with measuring and diagnostic equipment
• Attention to details and discipline in recording results
• Critical thinking and the ability to find the causes of deviations
• Responsibility, systematicity, ability to work in a team

Conditions jobs:

• Official employment in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, reservation - subject to the availability of appropriate VOD
• Work in the city of Kyiv (Right Bank)
• Schedule: 5 working days a week, 09:00-18:00 (if needed - work on weekends by prior agreement; overtime hours are paid in double amount)
• Remuneration 45,000-50,000 UAH
