Packaging Design and Efficiency Manager (Production) in ALVIVA GROUP

ALVIVA GROUP is a leading Ukrainian company in the field of food production, packaging and logistics. We are developing and creating a powerful team of professionals. We are looking for a PACKAGING MANAGER.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinating product packaging processes with the aim of ensuring quality, safety and efficiency
2. Ensuring the fulfillment of orders for packaging materials
3. Controlling the remaining packaging materials at each production site
4. Ensuring the availability of correct layouts for packaging materials
5. Approving layouts for all types of packaging materials with responsible employees of all relevant departments
6. Searching for contractors for new types of packaging materials
7. Controlling the development of packaging structures
8. Coordinating the process of providing information for tenders
9. Participating in the development and adaptation of types and types of packaging to available opportunities production
10. Coordinating the work of designers in the process of preparing layouts for printing
11. Controlling adaptation of layouts (coordination of pre-press preparation) and compliance of color samples with agreed layouts

Requirements

1. Higher technical education (food engineering, technology, engineering), or experience in packaging processes
2. Minimum one year of experience in a similar position or in the field of food packaging, we are considering candidates with experience in typography
3. Communication skills to work with a team and external partners
4. Analytical thinking, proactivity, focus on process improvement
5. Experience with CAD systems (ArtiosCAD, SolidWorks) is an advantage
6. Willing to consider proactive marketing student
