Job description: HR People Specialist (developer and leader of the soft skills program) - part-time, remote
About the program We create a soft skills development program based on a monthly subscription model, aimed at sustainable changes in employee behavior in the workplace. Training is based on simulations and scenarios: participants practice realistic work situations (meetings and decision-making, setting tasks and agreeing expectations, one-to-one meetings, feedback, conflict management, coordination between teams). The theory provides a general conceptual framework and a common language; the main value is created through repeated cycles of practice: action > feedback > adjust > repeat.
The project is in the early stages: the team is formed, the program is created "from scratch". At the first stage, the launch is planned in the format of closed communities, with further expansion to corporate teams (for companies).
Brief description of the role We are hiring an experienced HR People Specialist at the Senior level (approximately ten or more years of experience in HR / Talent Development / L&D / Training and development) to design and conduct a pilot version of the program. Tasks include developing lecture materials and practical exercises, conducting live sessions for the first communities, as well as creating a foundation that can then be scaled into a structured course.

Subordination and key stakeholders In your work, you will closely interact with:
Project creator and ideological inspiration: Serhiy Lyubarskyi - former entrepreneur and specialist in big data analytics, originally from Ukraine, lives in San Francisco. Previously, he created a successful company that provided big data analytics services for businesses in the USA.
