We are looking for a specialist who will become an operational support for two partners and will coordinate a wide range of tasks related to real estate management, organizational issues and the implementation of various projects.
The role involves work at the interface of project management, operational management and coordination of assistants. Objects and projects can be located in different countries, so it is important to be able to effectively organize work remotely and coordinate contractors and teams in different locations.
Main tasks
• Coordination of issues related to real estate (repairs, modernization, technical works)
• Organization and control of the execution of repair and construction projects
• Interaction with by contractors, designers, architects and service companies
• Control of budgets, estimates and deadlines for the implementation of works
• Coordination of work of assistants and organizational support of partners
• Resolution of operational and administrative issues
• Preparation of regular reports on the status of projects
Requirements
• Experience in managing projects or operational processes
• Work experience with real estate, construction or renovation projects would be an advantage
• Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate various tasks
• Experience working with contractors and service teams
• Ability to work autonomously and make operational decisions
• High level of responsibility and confidentiality.
