ERC company invites to work an import manager of its own brand (support of orders in production)

ERC - a professional distributor in Ukraine since 1995 own methods of channel development and support, pre- and post-sales service.

ERC relentlessly continues the development of distribution, starting with electronics, computer and office equipment. Now electricity, household appliances, televisions, modern trending electronics products and products from the latest segments of electric transport, robotics, 3D printers, children's toys have been added to electronics and computer equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of product description for packages, work with instructions and other work (labeling, packaging, etc. )
• Working according to models.
• Supporting orders at factories in Europe and Asia.
• Conducting business correspondence with manufacturers in English and Ukrainian.
• Interaction with product managers of household and climatic appliances.
• Interaction with the unit of product quality control and certification.
• Control of timely fulfillment of orders factories, product quality, filling out documentation
• Coordination of shipping documents (external and internal logistics, production)
• Maintenance of Control Orders from production order to arrival at company warehouses

Requirements:

• English language: not lower than Pre-Intermediate. Conducting business correspondence
• Ukrainian language: not lower than Pre-Intermediate. Business correspondence
• Confident user of Microsoft Office
• Concentration, diligence and high level of attention to detail
• High level of responsibility.
• Working with deadlines
• Systematic and organized. 
• Ability to manage several projects at the same time and control the stages of execution
