normal; text-decoration: none">1-2+ years of experience working with clients in a digital/marketing agency or in-house marketing department.Understanding the key areas of Internet advertising: PPC, SMM, SEO, content integrations.
Strong communication skills: negotiations, presentations, handling objections.
The ability to quickly dive into the client's needs and turn them into tasks for the team.
Organized and multitasking — the ability to manage several client projects at the same time.
Knowledge of CRM / task-tracking tools.
Service orientation: customer orientation + ability to build long-term relationships.
Experience with analytical metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and sales/upsell experience will be a plus.
Your main tasks:
Form realistic expectations of clients regarding the results of advertising campaigns by consulting them and transparently communicating opportunities and limitations.
Coordinate the interaction between the client, us and marketing: convey the real expectations of the client inside the team and return transparent feedback to the client and us about the opportunities, progress and results of the campaigns.
Manage and develop a portfolio of existing clients, building long-term relationships based on trust and expertise..
Actively monitor advertising campaigns, respond promptlyand on deviations, focus the marketing team (through the project manager) for adjustments and inform managers, ensuring that the activities match the client's expectations.
Explain the results of the campaigns, including the reasons for success and failures so that customers understand the value of cooperation and see ways to improve.
Maintain order in CRM and document flow, ensuring transparency of information for all stakeholders.
