Field of activity
Diagnosticsand the organizational structure and number of personnel (headcount, FTE).
Analysis of the actual workload, roles and areas of responsibility in the office and regional units.
Field work on production and regional assets.
Analysis and optimization of business processes affecting the number and productivity.
Designing the target organizational model (as-is / to-be).
Preparation and support for the implementation of structural changes (centralization / decentralization, levels of management).
Calculation and control of the economic and operational effect of changes.
Communication and coordination of decisions with department heads and key stakeholders.
Requirements for candidate
3+ years of experience in organizational development, transformation, management consulting with a focus on change.
Experience of working in large companies or holdings with a regional structure.
Practical experience of working with organizational structures and the number of personnel (headcount, FTE).
Understanding business processes and their impact on efficiency and productivity.
Ability to justify changes in the language of numbers (FOP, productivity, management efficiency).
Experience of interaction with department heads and top management.
Readiness for field work in the regions.
