- Preparation of orders, employment contracts, job instructions
- Management of personal affairs
- Accounting of vacations, sick leave, timesheets
- Preparation of personnel reports
From you we expect:
- Experience as an HR manager / personnel manager from 2 years
- Practical experience in personnel management
- Knowledge of labor legislation of Ukraine
- Experience in recruiting at various levels (from line personnel to management)
- Organized, systematic, attentive to details
- Ability to work with confidential information
- Experience in independent organization of HR processes
- High level of communication and trust
