- Development and implementation of regulations, regulations, policies in terms of organizational structure and roles
- Development and updating of job instructions, regulations on subdivisions, matrices responsibilities

Data Management and Standards

Requirements for the candidate:
- Higher education, work experience in building and maintaining organizational structures from 3 years in large companies
- Experience in developing and updating job instructions and regulations
- Experience in implementing structural changes companies and support of transformations
- High level of mastery of Excel; analytical skills: the ability to evaluate the effectiveness of structures and processes, draw conclusions and suggestions for optimization
- Change management: supporting transformations, optimization of processes and structures
- Decision-making: informed choice of decisions regarding the company structure and roles
- Business Engagement: Coordinating with HR, Finance and Line Managers to implement change.
