Responsibilities:
- Providing advice to clients regarding company services .
- Processing of incoming customer requests (chat mode).
- Resolving problem situations and customer complaints.
- Maintaining a customer database.
- Preparing reports on interaction with customers.
- Interaction with other departments of our company
- Active sales of additional products/services.
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service / sales preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to establish contact with customers.
- Resistance to stress , politeness, positive thinking.
- Confident PC user (MS Office, Excel and Google Sheets).
- Competent oral and written language (English will be a big plus)
- Willingness to learn and develop.
