Serviсe Desk Engineer (ID 236) in HELSI

HELSI is a medical information system that is currently one of the largest in Ukraine. The service allows patients to quickly and conveniently make an appointment with a doctor, diagnoses, tests, vaccinations and order medicines, and hospitals to participate in the reform of the health care system to ensure equal access to quality medical services for all citizens of Ukraine.


More than 8.3 million people are already users of the Helsi mobile application. The system is used by more than 2,600 health care institutions and more than 38,000 doctors throughout Ukraine.

Requirements:
Preferred work experience of 2 years in a similar position
A confident user of the Microsoft Office suite: Exel & Word
A confident PC user
Understanding the principles of IKH10 coding and ICPC2
Resistance to stress and multitasking
Ability to find a common language with customers

Responsibilities:

Provision of consultations to Helsi system users and company employees on the functioning of work in the system and information entry processes
Development, verification and support of system operation in accordance with the changes contained in the Ministry of Health's NPA of Ukraine
Identifying system imperfections and problems at the testing stage
Maintaining system guides in an up-to-date stateHelping colleagues from other departments in checking work systems
Resolving user issues
