Operations, Project Manager (Media Buying) in Netgame

We, the NetGame company, are engaged in the development and promotion of Ukrainian WEB IT products for more than ten years. We successfully operate a number of iGaming licensing projects for the local market, and also have several products in Tier-1 markets.

In connection with due to rapid growth and scaling, we are currently looking for an Operations/Project Manager for Media Buying (UA), who will be able to qualitatively and effectively cover the operational activities of marketing teams.

What will you do:

• Monitoring the distribution of resources and tasks among the Media Buying teams
• Full ownership of the operational flows of media buying teams.
• Cooperation and interaction with other teams in the company ecosystem, as well as with external counterparties
• Creation and support of infrastructure to achieve team goals
• Preparation and provision of regular reports on operational activities of the department
• Collaboration with department management to create a strategic marketing plan for purchases and definition of tasks necessary to implement this strategy

• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with designers, the product team, the finance and analytics department, and other stakeholders.

• Analytical approach and the ability to quickly adapt to changing requirements.
• Fluency in accounting and analytical tools (Excel, Word, Google Office, Power BI)
• Attention to details, responsibility and perseverance.
