Assistant System Administrator

Duties :

• Processing and registration of appeals users in the Service Desk system;
• Installation, configuration, support of the application Software;
• Maintenance and support of computer and office equipment;
• Consulting and supporting users on corporate services;
• Conducting an inventory of the current equipment park;
• Oorganization of connecting computers to the network;
• Execution of requests related to the internal information system (Dr. Eleks).

Mandatory professional knowledge and skills:

• Basic knowledge of server OS Win Server (AD, DHCP, DNS);
• Ability to diagnose and eliminate malfunctions in software, network equipment;
• Knowledge of the basics of network technologies (Ethernet, NAT, VPN);
• Knowledge of PC hardware;
• Ability to connect and configure peripheral equipment;
• Вto identify the faulty element and replace it;
• Communication, stress resistance, performance.

Would be preferred:

• Experience in CRM Doctor Eleks
