And now we are looking for an experienced Operations Project Manager to join the team, who will become an important part of it and help us reach a new level of efficiency.

What will you be? deal with:

Management of operational processes:

• Coordination of work between departments (marketing, sales, product, student success department, technical department)
• Control of KPI execution by departments
• Optimization and automation of work processes
• Management of the IT team
• Implementation of improvements in the operating room processes

Project management:

• Conducting projects to improve product quality
• Controlling the launch of new educational products
• Management of school process automation projects
• Participation in coordination of work with contractors with department heads

Strategic planning and finance:

• Participation in the formation and control of sales plans
• Participation in the development of marketing strategy
• Maintenance of key financial statements (P&L)< /li>
• Budgeting and cost control
• Analysis of unit economics of products
• Forecasting of financial indicators

Analytics and reporting:

• Formation of monthly reports on results
• Analysis of the effectiveness of marketing expenses
• Control of key metrics
• Preparation analytics for making strategic decisions
• Formation of consolidated reporting in all directions

We expect from you:

Mandatory requirements:

• 2 years of team management experience
• Experience in forming sales and marketing plans
• Experience in optimizing business processes

• Experience in financial planning and budgetjetting
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience in implementing CRM systems
• Understanding the specifics of the EdTech market
