NAILSMADE is a Ukrainian company that produces and supplies professional materials for manicure. We work in Ukraine and develop sales abroad. The company is scaling, so we are looking for a strong operational manager who will build the system work of divisions.

Your main tasks:

• Build and synchronize the work of production, sales, warehouse, logistics and marketing;
• Configure operational chain from planning to result (time, quality, "bottlenecks");
• Implement management through KPI and regular control of indicators;
• Organize management rhythm: meetings, plans, deadlines, execution control;
• Standardize and automate processes, support CRM discipline;
• Prepare management solutions for owners based on data.

Who we are looking for:

• Experience in management positions from 3 years;
• Practical experience in building business processes and teams;
• Experience management of several departments at the same time;
• Ability to work with KPI, management reporting and plan/fact analysis;
• Understanding production, logistics and warehouse processes;
• Experience with any CRM system;
• Attention to details, systematic, responsibility;
• Healthy management style: demanding without toxicity;
• Willingness to work in conditions of change and focus on the result.

(Experience in companies with own production of the product and understanding of the full operational cycle will be an advantage)
