A start-up company at the stage of active growth, which specializes in the import, distribution and implementation of high-tech composite materials in Ukraine and is an official partner of leading European manufacturers, is looking for an experienced specialist who seeks to develop together with the business, be involved in the construction of processes and have a real impact on the formation and development composite materials market in Ukraine.

The company's clients are manufacturing companies from the aviation, automotive, mechanical engineering, 3D printing, metalworking, agricultural, oil and gas and other industries. The team helps partners to scale production, increase the strength of products and the efficiency of processes through the introduction of innovative materials and technologies.


The key purpose of the role:

Ensure smooth operational activity of the company throughout the entire cycle of product movement — from the creation of an application to delivery, closing documents, control of financial indicators and ensuring system order in operations and warehouses processes.

Upper-Intermediate+ (working with documents and partners).

  • Systematic, responsible, attention to details.

  • It will be an advantage: experience in importing companies or distributors.


    We offer:

    • Competitive salary: 60,000 UAH / month for the adaptation period (6 months) + UAH 60,000 bonus after successful adaptation.

    • Review of compensation after the adaptation period.

    • Work format: office or hybrid.

    • Work schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00.

    Tasks and areas of responsibility:

    Operation management activities

    • Organization and control of daily operational processes of the company

    • Ensuring stable operation of the business without involving the owner in operational tasks

    • Building and implementing operational regulations and procedures

    • Increasing transparency and manageability of the operational function

    • Participation in the implementation of accounting and operational systems

    Purchasing, import and logistics (ZED)

    • Organization and support of purchases in Ukraine and abroad

    • Coordination of work with international suppliers

    • Control of delivery terms, conditions and fulfillment of agreements

    • ZED managementdocument circulation (invoices, packing lists, certificates, etc.)

    • Interaction with customs brokers, customs clearance support

    • Organization of international and domestic logistics

    Financial and operational control

    • Control of payments to suppliers, receivables and payables debts

    • Cash-flow planning and control

    • Formation of management reporting

    • Forecasting of the company's operating status 1-3 months ahead

    • Early identification of operational and financial risks

    Ensuring commercial functions

    • Ensuring supply predictability

    • Controlling the availability of goods and fulfilling obligations to customers

    • Coordinating deadlines, commercial terms and supplies

    • Implementation of SLA between operational and commercial functions

    Organizational development

    • Building a system operational function

    • Reducing dependence on manual and unstructured processes

    • Organizing the efficient functioning of the office

    • Regular communication with the owner on key operational indicators
