The team of the Veterans Department of the Center for PJ Initiatives is currently implementing projects aimed at the development of adaptive sports for the recovery of veterans through physical activity. We are not resting on our laurels and strive to expand the department's activities in areas related to recovery, support of veterans and development of local initiatives.

We are looking for someone to strengthen our team and work on initiatives related to the rehabilitation of veterans through adaptive sports and beyond.
(operator, event manager, etc.);confident knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets/other documents;
experience in managing project budgets;
experience in the public sector;
Would be an advantage:
legal education - most of the working day will be devoted to processing contracts and working with documents;
experience in event management - the team organizes competitions, training, training. It will be great if you can help them with your expertise when needed;
experience of service in the Armed Forces - the team's activities are aimed at the rehabilitation and reintegration of veterans. Being part of this community means understanding their needs, which is necessary for quality assistance;
category B driver's license - because it will be much easier and more pleasant to pick up a parcel from the post office if it is possible to do it by car;
the ability to teach others - you will have to explain to the team how to keep documentation in projects, advise on the correctness of its design.
What exactly will you do:
payments by the department, control of the availability of acts/invoices, work with the accounting department, help in audits of projects of the veteran department;
documentary support of department projects;
communication with lawyers, drawing up contracts;
assistance in managing budgets, creating reports for partners and donors;
sending/receiving department documents, managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, creating letters, checking their availability.
