Main duties:

• Participation in the development and implementation of an SMM strategy that meets the general business goals of the bank
• Adherence to the set KPIs within the limits of the implementation of the effectiveness of communications
• Monitoring the activity of competitors and trends in the field of Digital/SMM
• Formation and regular updating of the content plan for all social networks bank
• Writing and adaptation of texts for posts (from business news to engaging posts)
• Creation of TOR for designers and control of visual style of the brand
• Providing Tone of Voice in accordance with online strategy
• Tracking brand mentions, working with negativity and helping clients to solve problems situations
• Consulting bank employees on maintaining corporate pages of divisions

Basic requirements:

• Higher education (marketing, journalism, philology, economics or management)
• 2+ years of experience in SMM/Digital
• Experience in Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn promotion. Understanding of working with Threads
• Understanding of social network algorithms, media planning skills
• Analytical mindset
• Fluency in Ukrainian (including business language)
• Knowledge of English at the Intermediate (B1) level

Will an advantage:

• Experience in the financial sector
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, AfterEffects or other graphics or video editors
