We are launching a food retail store of a new format with an area of about 500 square meters. (city: Kyiv / region) with the ambition to scale the project into a network.
We are looking for a strong manager with an entrepreneurial mindset who is ready to take responsibility for the launch, operational management and development of the business.
This is a role for a person who thinks not only as a manager, but as a future partner.
Key mission roles
Start the store from 0, bring it to stable profitability and create a scalable model for further development of the network.
Main tasks
Starting the store:
participation in preparation for the opening (processes, team, assortment, standards);
organization of the operating model of the store 500 m?;
configuration of key business processes: sales, purchases, warehouse, personnel, service.
Operational management:
full responsibility for financial results (turnover, margin, costs);
personnel management (selection, training, motivation, control);
control of goods stocks, losses, write-offs;
ensuring a high level of service and meeting standards.
Development and scaling:
optimizing processes and preparing a model for replication;
participating in the opening of the next stores;
forming a management team for the future networks.
Expected results
a successfully launched store that reached planned financial indicators;
a controlled and efficient operating model;
a ready basis for scaling into a network format.
Who we are looking for
experience in food retail / FMCG / HoReCa in a leadership position;
practical experience of opening a store or launching a direction is a big plus;
strong people and financial management skills;
system thinking + willingness to “roll up your sleeves”;
entrepreneurial approach and desire to grow together with business.
