Key mission of the role

Strategic and operational management of the company in Ukraine, business scaling, development of the retail network and teams, full responsibility for the financial result.

Responsibilities

Strategy and development

• Development and implementation of the company's growth strategy in Ukraine

• Scaling of the retail network, launch of new formats and directions

• Analysis of the market, competitors, consumer trends

Operational and financial management

• Full responsibility for P&L

  channels

• Ensuring a high level of customer service

Team and leadership

• Forming a strong management team

• Managing teams of 100+ employees

• Building a culture of responsibility, quick solutions and results

Partnerships and representation

• Negotiations with landlords, shopping centers, suppliers

• Representation of the company in Ukraine and in interaction with international structures

Requirements

• 5+ years of management experience in retail / FMCG / distribution

• Experience in the role of CEO / Country Manager / COO / Director
