OPERATION MANAGER (cleaning)

Primary responsibilities:

• Operational management of business processes at the facilities;
• Selection, training, adaptation of personnel, team formation, personnel control;
• Effective communication with the Customer;

• Control of the implementation of budgets, drawing up and implementation of a plan for competent optimization of unit costs;
• Control of the quality of work execution in accordance with service contracts;
• Maintenance of documentation, internal reporting.

Requirements:

• Experience in personnel management in an administrative position, preferably in the field of services. Number of subordinates from 50 people (technical, production, sales personnel);
• Organizational abilities;
• Higher education;
• High level of communication, experience in negotiations;< /li>
• Work in a multitasking system, mobility, readiness for traveling work;
• System-analytical thinking, assertiveness, efficiency, ability to compromise, rationalization abilities, stress resistance.
